1. go to: https://www.hostgator.com/reboot from my computer. The User and PW should be in there.

2. Click bigwestmarketing.com so a dot appears to the left of it.

3. Then in the Special Instructions say “My dedicated server is down. Please reboot as soon as possible. Thanks.” Then click Request Reboot button.
