I would first do some research to find out what is really going. Then send him a Calendly link. Good questions to ask yourself?
– Is he measuring 3 or 4 months from beginning of Web Design or SEO? (that’s a common one).
– Did we have logins and everything we needed right away or were we waiting on him for a while?
– Any weird things happen that were out of our control?
– Did we drop the ball at any point? If so, we need to own it and decide how to make it up to him.
