How To Reset Rank Checker in BrightLocal to Run Adhoc

1. Go to and sign in

2. Under “Clients & Locations” search for client by business name.

3. Click on “View Dashboard” for that client under the “Action” column on the far right.

4. Select “Rank Checker” from the dashboard on the far left.

5. Click on the “Actions” tab on the top right to drop down the menu
– Select “Edit Report” from the drop down menu

6. Now, in General Settings, under “How often do you want this report to run?” change the selection from “Monthly” to “Adhoc (run reports manually)”

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and “Update Report”.
