From time to time we won’t be able to log directly into a client GMB account because of a security setting or because the client prefers not to give us logins. In that case have them invite you to own or manage under the Big West GMB Account.

1. Client logs into their GMB Account
2. They click on Users on left
3. A box will pop and they will click on little icon in top right of box to “invite user”
4. They type in email big[email protected] (this is Big West’s account email)
5. They choose Role – Owner or Manager (preferably Owner to get full access)
6. You need to login into [email protected] click on email to Accept

Should be good to go.
