1. Get the client on the phone
2. Open a private / incognito window
3. Log into GMB / Gmail account
4. Go to yelp.com and find client’s page.
5. Next to the business name click the link “Unclaimed” to the right of the business name
6. Sign up manually NOT with FB or Google
7. You will need to either text, call or email for the code.
8. Its easiest to text the client and enter the code
9. Then also do email verification by clicking on “Business Information” on the left hand side.
