How to Send an Agreement

If you'd like to send out an agreement to a potential client:

  1. Find the appropriate agreement
    1. NAS:  Sales -> Agreements -> PDFs
  2. Double check pricing figures, if correct, move to step #5
  3. If the pricing figures are incorrect, open the corresponding Word document to make edits
    1. NAS:  Sales -> Agreements -> Word Docs
  4. With the Word doc opened, make the necessary changes, then export as a PDF
    1. PDF format is CRITICAL, if the agreement is sent as a Word doc, the formatting becomes highly skewed
  5. With the appropriate PDF prepared, go to Adobe Sign and log in
  6. Enter the email for whom you would like to receive the agreement in the "Recipients" field
  7. Drag and drop the PDF into the "Files" field
  8. Edit the "Message" if need be
  9. Double check the email address and agreement name, then hit "Send"
  10. Record the submission in Salesforce with a quick note and include any corresponding emails about the agreement
