If you would like to set up an appointment with a Big West Team member:

• Pull up the appropriate Calendly link. Each Team member has a unique link:

• Select a day and a time that works for the client. *Remember, all times shown will be in the Mountain Time Zone (2 hours earlier than Eastern Standard time or 1 hour later than Pacific Time)
• Each link will have slightly different required information, input the appropriate information to the best of your abilities
  1. If you are scheduling the call for another Team member, be sure to include your name in the notes so that Team member knows where the appointment came from
• Confirm the email because the client will receive a confirmation email
