Book Mailing Procedure

When a Book Purchase order comes in:

    1. Contact the customer to double check the address, see if they have any questions about Big West Marketing or the services we provide.

     

    1. Go to stamps.com, log in, and copy/paste the address information from the form into the appropriate field. Copy this screenshot.

    1. Before printing, grab a label from the blue box Stamps.com box and place face down in the printer tray.

     

    1. Prepare a manila folder with Book.

     

    1. Adhere printed label to envelope and place in the mailbox
    1. Record book sale in “Client Tracking” spreadsheet
