Book Mailing Procedure
When a Book Purchase order comes in:
- Contact the customer to double check the address, see if they have any questions about Big West Marketing or the services we provide.
- Go to stamps.com, log in, and copy/paste the address information from the form into the appropriate field. Copy this screenshot.
- Before printing, grab a label from the blue box Stamps.com box and place face down in the printer tray.
- Prepare a manila folder with Book.
- Adhere printed label to envelope and place in the mailbox
- Record book sale in “Client Tracking” spreadsheet
