Here’s what I do for the ranking and traffic report (if they have a site on the same domain):
Ranking: I just search whatever they are trying the rank for and the city in a private browser. I find where they are in maps and take a screenshot. I name the file “ranking-date”
Traffic: I use that Semrush site to get a traffic report and take a screenshot while hovering over the latest month and it will show the specific number. I name the file “traffic-date” https://www.semrush.com/
