I used this to assign Tag SEO Client to Active Campaign so I can blast the list minus our current SEO Clients. I got the list from Jess under SEO Client Tracking Google sheet:

 

Active Campaign > Contacts > Import > Upload list of emails > Assign Tag then check “Update existing contacts while importing”
