How to disable a Call Rail company or number

 

• Log into the Call Rail account where the number is located.
• In the upper right hand corner, click the drop down and select “manage account.”

• On the left hand side, select “all companies” or “all numbers.”
• All companies:
  • On the right hand side, select the gear icon in the same row as the company you want to disable.
  • Select “disable company.”
  • Release all numbers.
• All numbers:
  • On the right hand side, select the pencil icon in the same row as the number you want to disable.
  • Click “disable number” in the top right.
