Convert a Lead in SF

  1. To convert a Lead to a Contact, first select the details tab and copy the website URL (if they have an existing website).
  2. Click on Convert, then convert again in the lower right corner.
  3. You can then click on the client’s name to go to their contact profile.
  4. Paste the website URL in the website field
