When an employee quits and we are ready to delete their email user then you can create an Alternate email address under another user. This will do the same thing as forwarding emails.
WARNING: if you want to be able to search former employees email history for files or emails then DONT DO THIS. Keep that email active, but set up the forwarding instead.
Users > Click on User name > User Details (little down arrow on the right) > Alternate email addresses (pencil icon) > Add the desired @bigwestmarketing.com email.
